Justice and Public Safety Cabinet Accepting Applications for Nearly $3 Million in Grant Money

Grants to be awarded for law enforcement purposes

Frankfort, KY – Beginning March 1st, the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet will be accepting applications for the Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) program.

Approximately $2.7 million will be available through the federal JAG program. JAG grants may be used for a variety of justice and public safety programs, including enforcement, prosecution, corrections, treatment, prevention and education.

JAG applications must be received by the Grants Management Branch, Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, 125 Holmes Street, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601, by close of business on April 17th.
