| On Tuesday, December 14, 2004 the Kentucky State Police Professional Association from Post 2 conducted its 8th annual "Shop with Cops" program at the Parkway Plaza Mall in Madisonville. Twenty-one children and their families were treated to pizza at Godfather's. Next, was a shopping trip to Goody's where each child was allotted $100 to spend.
Post 2 personnel that participated in the event were Sgt. Todd Jones, Sgt. Brent White, Det. Tim Bailey, Det. Devin Brewer, Det. Ben Wolcott, Tpr. Lonnie Kavanaugh, Tpr. Stu Recke, Dispatcher Wendy Ball and Dispatcher Jayde Conyers. The pizza and shopping were provided through funds by the Kentucky State Police Professional Association and private contributions. |
