Governor Fletcher Appoints Member to the Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Johnnie D. Borders, of Erlanger, to the Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board. 

Borders is a housewife and a graduate of Louisa High School in Lawrence County.  She is married to Worthy J. Borders and represents members at large on the board.

The Manufactured Home Certification and Licensure Board is made up of seven members appointed by the Governor and three ex officio members – the state fire marshal, the secretary of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the commissioner of the Department for Public Health, or their designees.
