Governor Ernie Fletcher Appoints Julius Young to Catlettsburg City Council

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Julius E. Young to the Catlettsburg City Council.

Young is retired.  He is a graduate of Catlettsburg High School.

Young will represent the city’s third ward on the council.  The seat was left vacant following the resignation of Joseph Groves earlier this year.  The council unanimously recommended Young for the appointment.
