Governor Ernie Fletcher Appoints Members to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed two members to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
Keith L. Free, of Owensboro, is the community development director for the city of Owensboro. Free received a bachelor’s degree in city planning and a master’s degree in public administration from Western Kentucky University. He is a member of the Green River Area Development District Board of Directors, the American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners, the Code Administrators of Kentucky, the Owensboro Public School System Long Range Planning Committee and the Fannie Mae Kentucky Advisory Council. He is married to Susan D. Free.
Samuel Earl Lee, of Somerset, is the owner of Lee Homes, Inc., Mobil Investments, Inc. and Lee Insurance Agency. Lee received a degree in business from Lindsay Wilson Junior College. He is the current first vice-president of the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute and is married to Linda Lee.
The Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors is made up of 13 members, consisting of eight private members appointed by the governor and five public members who are state officials and whose participation on the board is included in the responsibilities of their positions.
