Governor Fletcher Appoints Marshall County PVA

Andrew H. Hillmann accepts appointment

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Andrew H. Hillmann, of Gilbertsville, as Marshall County Property Valuation Administrator.

Hillmann replaces Ann Riley, who resigned effective June 1.

A graduate of Murray State University, Hillmann most recently served as a process technician for Noveon Inc. in Calvert City, where he was responsible for a number of duties including process certification. He is married to Cathy A. Hillmann.

The appointment is effective June 1.
