Governor Fletcher Appoints Harrison County Second District Magistrate

Paula M. Taylor accepts appointment

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Paula M. Taylor, of Cynthiana, as magistrate for the Second District of Harrison County.

Taylor will serve the remainder of her late husband Frankie Taylor’s unexpired term.
