Governor Ernie Fletcher Appoints Members to the Real Estate Appraisers Board

FRANKFORT, Ky. - Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Theresa C. Marshall, of Wallingford, as a member of the Real Estate Appraisers Board.

Marshall is a bank auditor and compliance officer for Peoples Bank in Flemingsburg. She holds a degree in business management from Maysville Community College and is a member of the Rebekah Lodge112.

The Real Estate Appraisers Board is composed of five gubernatorial appointees.  The board is charged with regulating and controlling the licensing and conduct of real estate appraisers within the commonwealth.
