The mission of the securities litigation subcommittee is to conduct a review of securities litigation plans and procedures in use by Kentucky’s public pension systems; and identify ways to limit exposure to the risk of loss due to securities fraud and recommend litigation strategies to maximize recoveries for the pension systems when such losses occur.
Members of the subcommittee are: Attorney General Jack Conway, Chair; Ellen Hesen, Counsel to the Governor; Eric Wampler, General Counsel, KRS; Robert (Beau) Barnes, General Counsel, KTRS; Mary Ruble, Attorney, Kentucky Education Association; Elise Mohon, KEA; and Martha Moore, KEA.
