FRANKFORT, Ky.— In recognition of College Savings Month in Kentucky as proclaimed by Gov. Steve Beshear, Jonathan Miller, secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, will participate in a press conference with representatives from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA).
