FRANKFORT, Ky. — The first meeting of the High Performance Buildings Advisory Committee, established by House Bill 2, will be Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 110 of the Capitol.  The Committee will discuss consulting with architects, engineers, builders, energy and conservation organizations; standards and guidelines; and assisting the Secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Jonathan Miller, in developing high performance building standards for the construction and renovations of public buildings in the Commonwealth.

• Larry Owsley - Kentucky Council on Post Secondary Education
