4. State Property and Buildings Commission Project 94
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance of State Property and Building Commission Road Fund Revenue Bonds not to exceed $40,000,000.

5. Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance of Revenue Bonds to provide a grant to the City of Richmond for the benefit of Sub-Zero Wolf, Inc. by the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA)
