FRANKFORT, Ky.—The State Property and Buildings Commission (SPBC) will hold a meeting on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in Room 182 of the Capitol Annex, Frankfort, Ky.

2. Approval of Minutes from October 13, 2011

3. Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Multifamily Housing Bonds:  A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance by the Kentucky Housing Corporation of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in one or more Series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,540,000.

4. Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) Industrial Revenue Bond: A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance by the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority of its Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2011 (Baptist Healthcare System Obligated Group), in an amount not to exceed $160,000,000.
