3. Kentucky Infrastructure Authority Wastewater and Drinking Water Revolving Fund Program Revenue Bonds, Series 2012A
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the issuance of Kentucky Infrastructure Authority Wastewater and Drinking Water Revolving Fund Program Revenue Bonds, Series 2012A in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $135,000,000 by the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority.

4. HealthWarehouse.com Inc. Economic Development Bond Grant
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving the application of the Secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development to identify and specify certain economic development projects to be financed from the proceeds of Economic Development Revenue Bonds to be issued by the Commission to make a grant to the city of Florence for the benefit of HealthWarehouse.com Inc. ($500,000).

5. BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP Economic Development Bond Grant (Amendment)      
A Resolution of the State Property and Buildings Commission of the Commonwealth of Kentucky approving an Amendment for a certain Economic Development project funded from the proceeds of Economic Development Revenue Bonds issued by the Commission.
