Meeting of the High Performance Buildings Advisory Committee

FRANKFORT, Ky.— The High Performance Buildings Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. in Room 386 of the Capitol Annex, Frankfort, Kentucky.

AGENDA

I.      Call to Order.

II.      Approval of Minutes from Oct. 5, 2009 meeting.

III.      Discussion and action by Committee on the resignation of Mark Isaacs.   

IV.      Discussion by the Committee on the passage and signing by Governor Beshear of HB 240, which repealed and re-enacted HB2.

V.      Old Business. Mission Statement.

VI.      New Business: (1) Report by Paul Gannoe on the state buildings that are subject to the High Performance Building Standards; (2) state buildings that have been LEED certified or state buildings that have registered to become LEED certified; (3) state buildings that have asked for and received an exemption from the High Performance Building Standards; (4) Military Affairs Solar Initiative; and (5) Capital Education Center Solar Initiative.
