Green Bank of Kentucky Loan Committee Meeting

FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Green Bank Loan Committee will meet on Friday, Dec. 3, 2010 at 11 a.m. in room 386 of the Capitol Annex, Frankfort, Ky.

AGENDA

I.                    Call to Order.

II.                 Approval of minutes from the Loan Committee Meeting of June 28, 2010.

III.               Review and discussion about current market conditions and consideration of reducing the Green Bank loan rate from 3.25% to 2.25%.

IV.              Review and discussion of pending Green Bank loan applications.

V.                 Review and consideration of the Green Bank Kentucky Department of Veteran’s Affairs Loan application No. 10-06. Mr. Shaun McKiernan, CFO of KDVA and John Boyd from Honeywell will be available to answer questions.

VI.              New business.
