State to eScrap Mountains of Electronic Waste

FRANKFORT, Ky. —  Finance and Administration Secretary Jonathan Miller, Energy and Environment Secretary, Len Peters, and others will be announcing a new eScrap program that will pay the state for recycling its electronic trash. The announcement will take place on Friday, September 26 at 10:30 a.m. at Surplus Property, 999 Chenault Road, Frankfort, Ky.
