Kentucky Horse Racing Commission to meet in special session

The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission will hold a specially called meeting on Monday, April 5th at 10 a.m. at the U.S. Dressage Federation.  Please note the change in meeting time. The meeting previously scheduled for Tuesday, April 6th has been canceled.
