Kentucky Breeders’ Incentive Fund
Non-race Advisory Committee and Rules Committee

This committee will conduct a hearing with each of the following Horse Industry Organizations (HIOs).  The purpose of the hearing is to determine which HIOs will be eligible to participate in the Kentucky Horse Breeders Incentive Fund (KHBIF).
