The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission (KHRC) and the Equine Drive Research Council (EDRC) will meet in regular session Wednesday Feb. 9, 2011. The EDRC will meet at 1:00 p.m. and the KHRC meeting begins at 2:30 p.m. EST. Please note the changes in date and time for each meeting. The locations and agendas follow.
