Please note that the Safety and Welfare Committee of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled due to the lack of a quorum. No date has been set for the next meeting. The other two committees scheduled to meet Tuesday will occur as planned.
