UPDATE: Meeting Advisory Kentucky Horse Racing Commission Rules Committee and Equine Drug Research Council meeting location change
The Rules Committee and the Equine Drug Research Council of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission will hold a special joint video conference meeting in only Lexington and Louisville, Ky., at 3:00 EDT Tuesday Aug. 31, 2010. The third location in Florence, Ky., will not be available. The agenda for the meeting has not changed.
