     State Fire Marshal William Swope and Public Health Commissioner Dr. William Hacker will be among state officials participating in an event offering advice to Kentuckians on enjoying a safe summer season. The event, scheduled for 2 p.m. tomorrow, will conclude with a demonstration of the risks of fireworks.
