KENTUCKY DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TO ANNOUNCE 2011 EARTHQUAKE

FRANKFORT, Ky. (April 27, 2011) Kentucky Division of Emergency Management (KYEM) will recognize the 2011 KYEM Earthquake Awareness Poster Contest winner tomorrow at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic School, 628 Second Street Henderson, KY 42420.
At approximately 10:15 AM CDT, students will participate in The Great Central US ShakeOut Earthquake Safety Drill and conduct the "Drop, Cover and Hold on" earthquake drill. More than 341,000 Kentuckians have registered and 2.9 million overall, including participants in other states and countries.
