Stephen Castle Appointed as Director of Administrative Services
Kentucky Department of Corrections Deputy Commissioner Kim Potter-Blair today announced Stephen W. Castle has been appointed as the Director of Administrative Services. This branch includes Administrative Services, Contract Management and Fiscal Management. He officially assumes the post of August 23rd.
Castle, a Certified Public Accountant, is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration... He has extensive experience in budgeting, including tax, audit, and administrative compliance in both the public and private sectors. He joins the Department of Corrections after serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department for the past five years.
“With Castle’s background and experience, I feel that he will definitely be a positive addition to our dedicated and well qualified staff,” said Potter-Blair. “I look forward to working with him.”
Castle is an eastern Kentucky native, but currently resides in Richmond where he enjoys traveling, motorcycles, camping and history.
