ConnectKentucky, an organization devoted to supporting the growth and economic development of technology in Kentucky, has, today, announced that its affiliated consulting team, the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) is an ESP (Enterprise Solution Provider) for Computer Associates International (CA).

Under that agreement, ConnectKentucky's Technology Solutions Group plans to accelerate its contribution to increased fiscal development within the Commonwealth by partnering with CA in new and productive ways.  Together, the two partners will deliver technology solutions to solve business needs and support information technology growth among Kentucky government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations and commercial businesses.

Under this agreement, the Technology Solutions Group will receive all the benefits afforded to CA’s worldwide partners including extensive technical training across a number of distinct CA solution sets, beginning with security information management and storage management.    Additionally, ConnectKentucky's staff will have full access, to:

• Pre-qualified  Kentucky referrals from CA, supported by a dedicated ESP program team;
• 24 hour x7 day per week technical support from CA-certified engineers;
• Best implementation practices designed specifically to encourage and support  ConnectKentucky’s success, now and in the future; 
• And the dedicated services of a field-based Partner Advocacy Manager to create comprehensive business plans, marketing and sales initiatives that are beneficial for ConnectKentucky.
