Friends of Lake Cumberland –
MORE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS FOR THE LAKE ON THEIR WAY
The Kentucky Department of Tourism is working with Lake Cumberland marinas to generate a series of interviews on local radio and TV stations in cities like Lexington, Louisville, Cincinnati and others.
The goal – is to run a series of small contests where the lake is mentioned frequently during newscasts, drive time radio shows, etc. culminating in prize giveaways. These promotions should be starting in the next few weeks.
