Lieutenant Governor-elect to Speak at e-Health Summit

Lieutenant Governor-elect Daniel Mongiardo will speak at e-Health events Thursday and Friday. Mongiardo, a member of the Kentucky e-Health Network Board, will address the board at a public meeting from 3 to 5 p.m. in Salon C of the Marriott Griffin Gate in Lexington. The e-Health Corporation also will hold a public meeting from 1 to 3 p.m. in Salon C.

On Friday, Mongiardo will speak during a luncheon at noon at the Kentucky e-Health Summit. Mongiardo will speak about the new administration’s plan for e-Health in 2008. The recipients of the Health IT Innovators Awards and e-Prescribing Partnerships in Kentucky also will be announced.

The luncheon will be at the Marriott Griffin Gate.
