Michelle K. Primm is Appointed by Governor Fletcher

Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher has appointed Michelle K. Primm, Lexington, as the newest member to the Kentucky Horse Park Commission.

Michelle K. Primm is a self-employed horse breeder/appraiser for Fox Garden Stable in Lexington. Michelle has a nursing degree from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, the Kentucky Thoroughbred Association, and the Thoroughbred Club of America.  She is married to Dr. Dennis D. Primm, Jr.

The Kentucky Horse Park Commission has fifteen members appointed by the Governor.  The members are to help promote and provide broad management expertise to the operation of the horse park and represent the interest of the Kentucky horse industry.
