| Honorable Charles Russell Hickman Accepts Appointment Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of the Honorable Charles Russell Hickman to the office of Circuit Judge to serve in the 53rd Judicial Circuit of Kentucky, which includes Anderson, Shelby, and Spencer Counties. Mr. Hickman is a resident of Shelbyville and has served as Shelby County Attorney since 1999. Prior to that position, he served as the Assistant Shelby County Attorney from 1991 to 1998. He also served as an attorney for the former Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet. Mr. Hickman is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky County Attorneys’ Association. ### |
