| Cadiz Mayor Appointed by Governor Fletcher Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of Cadiz Mayor Lyn Bailey to the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA). The KIA was created in 1988 to provide the mechanism for funding construction of local public works projects. Lyn Bailey has served as Mayor of Cadiz since 1998 and is a past Chairman of the Pennyrile ADD board. He received his BS from Memphis State University. KIA is continually growing and expanding its services and provides a variety of programs to support local financing needs. # # # |
