| Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher has directed that all flags be lowered to half-staff at every state building across the Commonwealth on September 11th in observance of Patriot Day, 2004. Pursuant to President Bush’s request, this is in memory and to honor the innocent victims who lost their lives as a result of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. # # # |
