Randall Phillips of Campbellsville Appointed by Governor Fletcher

Frankfort, KY: The Office of Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of Randall Phillips of Campbellsville, KY to the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals. Phillips served as Taylor County Clerk for 27 years and is currently a county precinct chairman. Phillips attended Campbellsville University and also serves as Secretary of the local Elkhorn Masonic Lodge.

The Board of Tax Appeals provides an independent, impartial and neutral forum for hearing and resolving disputes on tax issues in a timely, cost-effective alternative to the court system.
