| Patsy Sponcil Appointed by Governor Fletcher Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today that Patsy Sponcil of Mt. Sterling, KY has been appointed to the Prosecutors Advisory Council. Sponcil will represent non-attorney citizens on the council. The Prosecutors Advisory Council administers the unified prosecutorial system. Patsy Sponcil is a retired teacher and graduate of Morehead State University. She is the wife of Montgomery County Magistrate F.M. Sponcil. # # # |
