Hammond to Serve as Magistrate for the 4th District, Russell County, Kentucky

Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of Russell Springs resident, Garnett B. Hammond as Magistrate for the 4th District, Russell County, Kentucky.

“I am proud to announce the appointment of Garnett Hammond as I am confident he will serve the people of Russell County with great diligence and character,” stated Governor Ernie Fletcher.

Garnett Hammond is currently employed by Jasper and Hammond Appliances and is a member of the Russell County Republican Party. Hammond is married to Nancy Hammond.
