| Timothy Ray Coleman of Morgantown Appointed by Governor Fletcher Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of Timothy Ray Coleman of Morgantown to the Prosecutors Advisory Council. Timothy Ray Coleman is currently the Commonwealth Attorney for the 38th Judicial Circuit representing Butler, Edmonson, Ohio and Hancock counties. Coleman is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky College of Law and is married to Shelia Coleman. The Prosecutors Advisory Council administers the unified prosecutorial system. # # #
