| Bill Jagoe and Phyllis Maclin Appointed by Governor Fletcher
Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher announced today the appointment of Bill Jagoe of Owensboro, KY and Phyllis Maclin of Paducah, KY to the Kentucky Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction. The Board is responsible for administering programs and inspections related to building codes enforcement, fire prevention, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, boilers, elevators and plumbing pertaining to the construction of new buildings and alterations to existing buildings in Kentucky.
Bill Jagoe of Owensboro, KY is the owner of Jagoe Homes and will represent the Homebuilders Association of Kentucky. Jagoe currently serves as a member of the Home Builders Association of Owensboro. Phyllis Maclin of Paducah, KY will represent citizens at large on the board. Maclin is a former member of the Paducah Independent School Board and currently serves as a member on the Maiden Alley Film Society Board.
The Kentucky Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction consist of twenty (20) members selected and appointed by the Governor.
