| Denise Moore Davidson to Fill Vacancy of 33rd Judicial Circuit, Division 1 Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher has announced today the appointment of Denise Moore Davidson of Hazard, KY to fill the vacancy in the office of 33rd Circuit Judge, Division 1. Davidson is currently with Barrett, Haynes, May, Carter and Davidson, P.S.C. and is also the Perry District Court Trial Commissioner. Denise Moore Davidson is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (1981) and the University of Kentucky College of Law (1984).
