| Pamela Kay Addington to Fill Vacancy of 9th Circuit Judge, Division 1, Elizabethtown Frankfort, KY: Governor Ernie Fletcher has announced today the appointment of Pamela Kay Addington of Elizabethtown, KY to fill the vacancy in the office of 9th Circuit Judge, Division 1. Addington is currently the Commissioner for Hardin County Water District #2 and also served as the former secretary for the Hardin County Bar Association. Pamela Kay Addington is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (1977) and the University of Louisville College of Law (1983).
