“I am saddened to hear of the passing of State Senator Paul Herron.  The state has lost a dedicated public servant and dedicated family man,” stated Governor Ernie Fletcher. “Throughout his lifetime, Paul Herron was deeply involved in the Henderson community and worked hard to give the people of his district a better future. In Frankfort, we will miss Senator Herron as he ably served the people of Western Kentucky during his nine years in the state senate. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.”
