Governor Ernie Fletcher reappoints two members to the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Governor Ernie Fletcher has reappointed Roger Dale McDonald, Adairville, and Norman Keith Williams, of Nicholasville, to the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators.

McDonald is the captain of the Russellville Police Department. He is vice president for the Fraternal Order of Police in Logan County for Lodge 41. He is married to Cyndi Rena McDonald.

Williams is a graduate of Campbellsville University and currently serves as chief executive officer of Williams Financial Investigations. Williams is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Kentucky Private Investigators Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of United States Army, the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, the Lexington Lions Club and the American Society for Industrial Security. He is married to Janet Williams.

The Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators is made up of seven gubernatorial appointees.  The board regulates and controls the licensing and conduct of private investigators within Kentucky.
