UPDATE: Attorney General Greg Stumbo Announces Another Arrest in Child Sexual Predator Sting

Attorney General Greg Stumbo today announces a twelfth arrest in his April Child Sexual Predator Sting. On Saturday, April 21, a suspect who had been communicating online with a decoy from Perverted Justice arrived at a restaurant in Highland Heights, Kentucky to meet what he thought to be a 13-year-old child. Instead he was met by the Chief of the Highland Heights Police Department, Carl Mullen.

Matthew R. Barlow of Cincinnati, Ohio, age 24, was arrested and charged with unlawful transaction with a minor in the first degree, a Class B felony, punishable by 10-20 years in prison. He is being held at the Campbell County Detention Center.
