Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Tim Carman today announced the promotion of Rebecca Palmer to assistant supervisor of District 15 in Catlettsburg. District 15 has two field offices in Maysville and Paintsville and covers 12 counties including Boyd, Bracken, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Greenup, Johnson, Lawrence, Lewis, Martin, Mason and Morgan. Palmer will assume her new duties on Feb. 16.<br/>
