Second Italian Feast at Holly Hill
The Italian Feast at Holly Hill Inn in Midway Tuesday night, July 25 is sold out. Holly Hill’s proprietors have added a second feast on Wednesday, July 26 to accommodate reservation requests.
As with the Tuesday event, the Wednesday feast will begin at 7 p.m. and cost $30 per person, plus beverage, wine, tax and gratuity. Also, the menu will be the same, as Chef Jared Richardson of Wallace Station, Holly Hill's sister restaurant, prepares traditional Sicilian dishes using recipes from his extended family, whom he and his wife Paige visited last March. The dishes will feature fresh fish, slow-cooked meats, olives, cheeses, special olive oil, local vegetables and handmade pasta.
