Monday, November 28, 2011 FRANKFORT, Ky. (Nov. 28, 2011) – In just one year, Kentucky has climbed six places to No. 25 on Forbes’ annual Best States for Business list, released last week. Kentucky’s ranking ties only one other state for the largest increase over a 4-year period, jumping 19 spots since 2008.
