Secretary Grimes Announces Statewide Recanvass Results and Sets Date for Certification
Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes, Kentucky’s chief election official,
announced that a statewide recanvass of the votes in the Republican Primary
Elections for Governor/Lieutenant Governor and Commissioner of Agriculture did
not change the results of the elections.

of Elections on June 8 to certify the results of the May 19 Primary Election. All
vote totals remain unofficial until certified by the State Board of Elections.
