SLADE, Ky. -- Natural Bridge State Resort Park is hosting Appalachian Heritage Buffalo Night on Jan. 14, 2012.

 

An all-you-can-eat buffet will be served from 4-8 p.m. The menu will include buffalo chili, snapping turtle soup, roast buffalo rounds, venison ragout, buffalo meatloaf, buffalo ribs, wild boar sausage with onions and peppers, and fried catfish. Side items will include country style green beans, baked potatoes, salad bar and assorted desserts.

 

The price for adults is $17.95 plus tax, and for children ages 6-12 the price is $8.95 plus tax. Children 5 and under are free.

 

The band Brushfire will provide bluegrass music in the Hemlock Lodge Lobby from 5:20-7 p.m.
