Fall Photo Workshop Offered Oct. 16-18 at Jenny Wiley
PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – If autumn is your time for taking pictures, then check out Jenny Wiley State Resort Park’s Fall Photo Workshop Oct. 16-18.
The workshop will be conducted by Ron Gaskins and Amanda Haddox of Mountaineer Photo Excursions, along with park naturalist Trinity Shepherd.
Participants will be up to photograph the sunrise one morning, search for wild elk, visit a preserved pioneer home and community, and a cruise on Dewey Lake in search of bald eagles, blue herons and more.
This will be the fifth photo workshop that Gaskins and Haddox have presented at Jenny Wiley State Resort Park. All experience levels are welcome.
The workshop will begin on Friday evening, with activities all day and evening on Saturday, and will conclude at lunchtime on Sunday. The workshop fee is $89.95, and lodging is also available at the May Lodge at the park.
