Native American Weekend at Cumberland Falls is March 27-29
CORBIN, Ky. – Cumberland Falls State Resort Park will hold Native American Weekend March 27-29.
The weekend, which is also sponsored by the Kentucky Native American Heritage Commission, will be about the music, traditions, culture and history of Native Americans.
The schedule includes a flute concert and storytelling on Friday evening; Native American history in Kentucky, contemporary issues of Native Americans, storytelling and dancing on Saturday; and spirituality on Sunday.
The Riverview Restaurant will have its annual buffalo buffet Saturday evening, March 28, for $21.95 a person from 5-9 p.m.
Cumberland Falls State Resort Park has a lodge, Riverview Restaurant, cottages, campground, hiking trails, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, other recreational activities and a great view of Cumberland Falls. For reservations or more information, call 1-800-325-0063.
