Bullitt County I-65 Travel Advisory
Louisville, KY (January 24, 2006) - District 5 of the Department of Highways announces temporary lane closures on Interstate 65 in Bullitt County Wednesday, January 25, 2006. Lane closures will occur between the Jefferson/Bullitt County line and KY 61 (MP 123.1 – 104.7) from 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. midnight and allow for pothole repairs. The actual starting date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
Motorists are urged to be cautious and reduce speed. Stay alert and minimize distractions, and keep a safe distance between your vehicle, the car ahead, and the workers and their equipment. This is a reminder we must all help reduce the number of highway work zone accidents and fatalities. Slow Down to Get There! Buckle Up and DRIVE SMART!
